How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

How long does standard delivery take?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control. When your product is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take additional time to deliver.

Due to the severity of our nationwide pandemic, some orders will take additional time to be processed. Shipping may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed and completed.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.

Refund and Return Policy

Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt with information and/or images detailing the issue on info@mindtobody.com.au and we will be in touch.
